By accessing or using WishGrid (the "App"), whether through our website or mobile app, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

You can create an account using your email address or by signing in with Google or Apple. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Misuse the App or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or overload the service or its infrastructure.
• Upload content that is illegal, infringing, harmful, harassing, or otherwise violates the rights of others.
• Use the App to send spam, scrape data, or impersonate another person or organization.

You retain ownership of the wishlists, items, images, and other content you create in the App ("Your Content"). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process Your Content solely for the purpose of operating the App and providing its features (including showing your lists to people you choose to share or collaborate with). You are responsible for ensuring that Your Content does not infringe anyone else's rights.

The App lets you share wishlists via share links and invite others to collaborate. Anyone with a share link can view the list it points to, so it is your responsibility to share links only with people you trust. We are not responsible for how recipients of a shared list use the information they see.

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App itself (excluding Your Content), including the software, design, branding, and the WishGrid name and logo, are owned by us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the App without our prior written consent.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, uninterrupted, or that any data will be preserved without loss. You use the App at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the App.

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we need to do so to protect the App or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
